Enjoying the salad season!

Are you enjoying the salad season?
It is the time of year where gardens are yielding so many goodies hardly a day goes by without us getting to eat fresh salads!
Last week I had fresh cherry tomatoes and roma tomatoes as well as fresh onion in a salad! I figured it could not be topped but then the weekend came!
