Ken's Korner: Lousy weather keeps ruining our fun

We certainly have had a rough year when it comes to the weather.
A long cold winter transitioned into a cool wet spring. We nearly flooded here in RR and we are still on the precipice of a major flood should a big rainfall event come our way.
