Favre has played his cards brilliantly!

If you are a Minnesota Vikings fan like me, you were glued to the television Friday evening to see what their newly acquired quarterback, Brett Favre could do.
As I expected he played a very short time and looked rusty.
Many Vikings fans have had mixed feelings about the team hiring the former Green Bay Packer who has retired twice in as many years.
Some say he is washed up and should have stayed retired.
Others have embraced him and feel like this is the Vikes ticket to the superbowl.
Others can't wait for the first meeting of their arch rival packers and them with the hopes Favre will hand them their cheese heads on a plate.
Many critics felt like Favre played a jerky game, saying he might play, then not play and then signing. It created a media circus all summer long. I say he was brilliant... or at the very least his handlers are. It kept him in the spot light and he even did a commercial about buying a t.v. and not being able to make up his mind. Then he signed for $10 million!
If he is washed up, he sure did a good job of playing his cards right. He stands to make tons of money regardless of how he plays this season and if he does well he stands to cash in even more!
I say well done Brett and I hope you do more than just make lots of money this season!
–Until then,
Ken
