The election call came Sunday but candidates have been jockeying for weeks
in the newly formed Thunder Bay-Rainy River riding.
Running for the New Democrats is John Rafferty of Thunder Bay.
Taking the Liberal torch is former Thunder Bay Mayor Ken Boshcoff.
The new Conservative Party will be championed by David Leskowski of Thunder
Bay. The Green Party will be represented by Russ Aegard.
