The family is sad to announce the passing of Gwen Ogier at the Rainycrest Long Term Care Facility, Fort Frances, Ont, on Tuesday August 3, 2010.
Gwen was born on August 7, 1954 in Fort Frances Ont. She married Harold Ogier on July 17, 1999.
Gwen is survived by her husband Harold, brother Keith (Betty), sister in laws Phyllis Ogier, Joan Ogier, Patsy Olson, Ruth Alexia, and Joyce Langton, brother in laws Allen, Gary and Ronald Ogier, nieces Charlene Hamilton, Loretta Romano (Brad), Colette (Rick), Jana Lentz, nephew Troy Judson and Tammy, great nieces and nephews Kyla and Jordan Hamilton, Ashton and Jayden Romano, Dakota and Andrew Hunt, Tyera and Tristen Lentz, Justin and Jayde Judson, and numerous aunts and uncles. She will be also sadly missed by her many friends and staff members at the Community Living Fort Frances, Ontario.
Gwen was predeceased by her parents William and Mabel Hele, two sisters Marlene and Ida, and in laws Nick and Lillian Ogier.
A Celebration of Gwen’s Life will be held on August 6, 2010 at 2 p.m. from the Northridge Funeral Home, Emo, Ontario with Rev. Frances Flook Officiating.
A private family graveside service will be held on Saturday August 7, 2010 at the Pine Ridge Cemetery, North Branch, Ontario.
