Boshcoff wins

Former Thunder Bay mayor Ken Boshcoff will represent the constituents of Thunder Bay-Rainy River as part of the Liberal minority government. He won the riding with about 40% of the vote.
In second was NDP candidate John Rafferty, followed closely by David Leskowski of the conservatives.
