New minister takes the pulpit in RR an Stratton

As of Sept. 1st Sunday services have resumed at Rainy River/Stratton United Churches.
We are happy to announce that Peggy Mason has been called to serve as a one-half time minister and began serving the charge on Sept. 5th. A covenanting service for Peggy will be held Sunday, Oct 24th 4pm. at Knox United church in Rainy River.
Church service times are Stratton Service - 9:30 am. with Sunday School on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month. Rainy River Service are at 11:15 am. with Sunday School times to be announced later in the fall.
In the mean time a general church work party/bag lunch has been scheduled for Wed. Sept. 29th 9am. Come and join in the fun.
The Annual Fall supper has been scheduled for Sunday Oct. 17th at 5pm. Tickets will be on sale shortly.
The UCW meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at Knox. All are welcome. The next meeting is tonight at 7pm.
