Veteran's Tea was a big success!

The Rainy River Legion Ladies Auxiliary held their annual meeting on November 3rd with President Val Nelson presiding. Minutes of the October meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer Donna Ivall gave her report on the Auxiliary finances. A donation is being sent to the Lung Association. A wreath was purchased for the November 11th Remembrance Service. This will be laid by Evelyn Bourre.
Several members met in October and washed and ironed all the Memorial Flags in the Club Room.
The annual Veteran's Day Tea was held on November 7th. The Auxiliary members were very pleased with the large crowd who turned out for this event. We extend a big thank you to everyone for supporting this good cause.
Our next meeting will be on December 8th. This is our Christmas party, with a supper and exchange of gifts after the meeting. Please remember that Membership Dues are now due.
