Samples of road report forms for the Road Supt.’s use have been obtained and will be studied. It was decided not to make any changes with the fuel suppliers and to stay with both Esso and Shell. Council will apply to MTO for double application of surface treatment to Carl’s Road and Pioneer Road for a total distance of 2.3km. Upgrading is needed before the surface treatment can begin.

With the error corrected the funding from the province to DSSAB will actually be $600,000 per year for the unincorporated areas.
Council went in camera at 10pm.
