$1,000 dance a big success!

The Legion wishes to express its gratitude to the volunteers who helped out at the $1,000 dance, especially to Barb & Kelly Leghien for organizing and participating in the draw and Marlene McNally for working at the door.
Congratulations to Angie Armstrong and Matt Ashworth on winning the $1,000 prize.
Also a big thumbs up to everyone who attended and supported the $1,000 dance in any way, it was a success! The Legion needs more of this.
The Branch is also looking into upgrading the patio furniture in the smoking area outside.
And finally a special congratulations to Manny Nordin on receiving his 65 year bar. A long, long time to be a Legion member.
