Angie Lee of Stratton has been named Female Athlete of the Year by Confederation College for the second year in a row.
Lee, a native of Stratton, is only the second person in Thunder Bay’s Con. College history to win it two times.
At an award’s banquet last Tuesday Lee was presented with a watch an trophy for the honour.
She also was named Most Valuable Player for Con. College Women’s curling for winning a third consecutive provincial college curling title in as many years.
Lee was also a member of the 1999 All Ontario Girls Curling championship team, hailing from Rainy River High School.
