Here’s to the next 100 years Rainy River

Dear Editor,
Happy Birthday, Rainy River, from a ‘Riverite’ who misses the quiet unassuming town where the most exciting thing that happened was the spat new stop signs that went up a few years ago.
Most people have no concept of how, in these ‘modern times’, a small but historic town has consistently maintained its identity. Here’s to the next one hundred. Look after each other.
