Legion Chat: Remembrance Day is Friday

This week will be spent finalizing everything for Remembrance Day. The program is set.
We are privileged at this moment that a grade 7/8 class from Riverview will be reciting in Flanders Fields and Response. We also have a choir.
The Executive has asked that in case of inclement weather we will acknowledge most wreath donors. We will shorten the program to 10 main wreaths laid and we will read the names of everyone else. Wreaths will be prepaid.
We are attempting to have entertainment in the Club room between lunch and supper. Howard Hampton will be present at the Cenotoph and John Rafferty and Sarah Campbell will be present at the Banquet. There will be a regular executive meeting on November 10, 2011
