Legion Chat: Elections are Wednesday

November 30th is our next General Meeting. This is a very important meeting as this is the time you elect your slate of officers. The executive elected at this time governs the affair of the Legion for the upcoming year. We have the positions of President, 1st Vice and 2nd Vice Presidents, Five Executive Officers and Sgt. at Arms. Sec/Tres is a paid position.
The executive positions take on various jobs such as Poppy Chairman, House Committee, Sports, Ways and Means, etc.
Our nominating Chairman, Gerry Marchuk, assures me that at this moment we have people available for the various positions however nominations can be made from the floor. At this time I urge membership to please step up and attend, as there could be elections. This is your opportunity to have a say in the officers of your Legion.
