Sudbury- Barna-Alper Productions is currently seeking individuals to fill a number of Aboriginal roles for the upcoming television film Shania. The following roles are all paid under Actra contracts and will shoot in Sudbury between Sept.20 and Oct.8.
Mark (@ 8 yrs): Actor. Male. Caucasian/ Native American Heritage. Eileen’s younger brother. Must be slim. Could be 7-9 years of age. Should have dark hair and dark eyes.
DARRYL (@ 6 YRS): ACTOR. MALE. NATIVE ROLE. Eilleen’s youngest brother. Very slim and very hungry. Could be 5-7 years of age. Must be Native.
KENNY: ACTOR. MALE. NATIVE. 17- 18 YRS. Playing guitar around a campfire. Helps young Eilleen sing harmony for a song. Must be comfortable singing and playing guitar.
TWAIN COUSIN TWO: ACTOR. NATIVE. 30’S – 50’S. MALE OR FEMALE. Offers to take care of Eilleen’s brothers when her parents die.
