Former RR man to host book launch in area Saturday

Graham Ducker, former resident of Rainy River (etc) and retired Principal/Teacher has written a book “Don’t Wake The Teacher!,” which deals mainly with the Morson Public School Kindergarten between 1971-l981.
“Many fond memories of my teaching and living in the Rainy River/Morson area have been compiled and published in this book. I am hoping to meet some of my past students and friends during my return visit and re-live and share some of those precious memories.‰ Yes! Some of them are mentioned in the book.
The book will appeal to educators who will appreciate the special moments and techniques used in the school. The general population will enjoy the many anecdotes and short stories interspersed among the descriptions
Former students, parents and local residents have the opportunity to catch up since his move to Oshawa and obtaining a copy of the book during his schedule brief stopovers.
On October 23rd, Graham will be in Morson at the Morson Shopping Centre from11:00 am - 2:00 pm, Bergland at the Bergland Café from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm and Rainy River at the Senior Activity Depot from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
