Thunder Bay-Rainy River M.P. John Rafferty, right, had the honour of presenting Kim Jo Bliss of Emo with a Queen's Jubilee Medal Saturday evening at the Emo Fair.
Bliss is well known in the district's agricultural circle as a volunteer.
