Head back to school with the Rainy River Public Library!
With a new year just beginning, the library has all the resources your family needs.
A world of information is just a click away through our website.
Go to www.rainyriverlibrary.com and click on eResources.
Your library card gives you free access to dozens of great database services.
All you need is your closest internet connection.
Our list includes Canada in Context for students, Kids InfoBits, the Gale Reference Centre, and the Gale Virtual Reference Library.
Pre-school and primary readers will enjoy Tumblebooks, featuring great animated kids’ stories.
For help with your school projects, our children’s non-fiction section has many brand new titles for research.
We have great new series on the Olympics, ecosystems, Canadian hockey teams, pioneers, and colors.
And when the homework’s all done, you can relax with a new DVD from our movie section.
Our latest arrivals include Hoodwinked Too, Dolphin Tale and The Lorax.
Remember: your public library follows a year-round schedule.
We’re here for you Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
We’re also open Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
