Legion Chat: Oktoberfest was a success!

Oktoberfest was a success and I am grateful to all the people who volunteered. Special praises to Deb, Justin, Stephanie, Barb, Bob, Evelyn, Cam, Rose and Geraldine who served over 100 people.
This group is already discussing what we should be doing for next year.
I would ask you to keep your eyes for 50/50 tickets to be sold for our Branch and will be drawn at our Christmas Party. The proceeds from the draw will be used for Legion projects.
We have at this time given money to the Rec Centre for public skating and shinny.
Our membership renewals are progressing steadily and the Remembrance Day wreath purchases are also on going.
