Legion Ladies Aux. News: Veterans' Tea to held Nov. 4th

The local branch of the Legion Ladies Auxiliary held their monthly meeting on October 10th, with President Val Nelson presiding.
Minutes of the Sept meeting were read and Donna Ivall gave her report on the auxiliary's finances.
We wish to thank everyone who donated items for the Garage Sale we held on October 13th. Also to everyone who came out to support this annual fundraiser.
The Veteran's Day Tea will be held on November 4th from 2 to 4 p.m. There will be a penny table and tables with vendors selling their crafts and baking, etc.
Cheesecake, coffee, tea and juice will be served at a cost of $3.00 per person.
Each Auxiliary member is asked to donate an item for the penny table valued at approximately $15.00. Items may be dropped off at the Legion anytime before November 2nd.
Anyone wishing to rent a table for the Tea is asked to phone Beaty Nault at 852-3265 or Gladys Yeo at 852-3294.
