Legion Chat: We are ready to Remember them!

Preparing for Remembrance Day. The programs are being printed and finalized as we write this column.
There will be a few small changes; different hymns, our Chaplain will not be present, so George Johnson is handling the Prayer for Peace.
The story of a soldier will be a new feature.
Copies of the programme will be posted on the bulletin boards at the Legion.
John Rafferty will be attending the banquet.
Kudos to the Ladies Auxiliary for handling the banquet.
The Rainy River Chamber of Commerce is having a banquet on November 17th, Sarah Campbell and a Rainy River Resources guest speaker will be attending.
The Chamber is also looking for nominations for Volunteer of the Year which will be presented at this Banquet.
