Legion Chat: Remembering them on Normandy and Juno Beaches

At this time seventy some years ago, our troops will have advanced beyond the beaches of Normandy. Some of our soldiers will have not made it beyond Juno Beach. In remembrance we have hung a Dutch flag in the club for D-Day, it was the first step of the liberation of the European Continent.
On Thursday June 13 there will be an Executive meeting. We will decide on our Bursary recipient and will finalize our delegation for the Biennial Convention on June 16 - 18 at Thunder Bay.
Our 50/50 tickets are available in the Club room and elsewhere.
