Dear Editor,
Dawson Council should be commended for its quick action. Just one month to the day it has come up with a solution to the sod-stone-gravel-mud drift problem. On June 13, 2005 they had the drift moved to the other side of the road.
It should be noted, that in the process, it has become smaller. This reader expects that by the end of the summer the drifts will present little or no hazard at all to those who use the roads of the township. By any mischance, should any resident of the township be inconvenienced, or suffer damage or injury due to this process, I am sure there will be a member of council available to tell them that they should have been more careful and paid more attention to conditions.
