Charles Jasper (Jack) Acree, 83

Charles (Jack) Acree passed away July 7, 2005 at Grace Hospital in Winnipeg, MB surrounded by his loving family.
Jack was born to George and Nancy Acree October 15, 1921 in Spooner, Minnesota. He was raised on the family farm in Rainy River. He married Rose Pearl Kreger May 30, 1942, and together they raised five sons and three daughters.
He was predeceased by his wife Pearl, infant daughter Rose Marie and son Charles, as well as his parents, all his siblings and his best friend Roy Wood.
He is survived by sons Wayne (Anne), Perry (Eva), George (Pat) and Paul, daughters Nancy (Bill Russell), Kathie (Kip Bradfield) and Julie (Richard Roy); grandchildren Tracey Chagnon, Ross Acree, Jennifer, Karl, Derrick & Kellie Acree, Kerry Acree, Michael & Shelley Roy, Donna (Dane) Beharriell & David Bradfield, Charz, Amy & Amber Acree; and three great grandsons, Aaron Chagnon, Joey Roy and 3 month old Jack Beharriell.
Most of his working life was spent behind the steering wheel of a big truck hauling a variety of goods all over North America, or logs to the mill in Kenora.
