Legion Chat: We need your support

We just returned from the District Rally in Fort Frances. Six delegates from our Branch attended. It has been illuminating to find out how other branches have fared in the last year. Some branches have had their property taxes reduced or totally forgiven.
A few branches have admitted to infrastructure deteriorating eg (roofs, floors). Some branches are up for sale. However, District 7 Legions have managed to donate $68,000.00 back to their communities.
While it is fine to give, we notice that many organizations don’t grace our facilities or give back to us.

Your Legion needs your participation, whether you attend our meat draws, play pool or just stop in to say, thank you.On that note there is a General Meeting, tomorrow night night March 26th at 7:00 p.m.
