Water bills going up 3% Jan. 1st

Rainy River's newly sworn in Town Council held its first regular meeting of its four year term Monday evening.
Several by-laws were passed Monday.
The most notable was the Miscellaneous User Fee By-law, which encompasses all user fees charged by the Town of Rainy River or its various boards.
