Ridding the vegetable garden of weeds

Weeding is often the gardener’s most hated chore. I actually like to weed, as I use the time to reflect and plan out other projects in my head and it is very satisfying to view the garden after its “cleanup”. But let’s face it, there is only so much time one would like to spend weeding and I have many gardens so I use every chance I can get to minimize the weeding and make the chore easier and more effective, with the least amount of effort possible.
