Local librarian to be voice of small libraries

Small town Rainy River is taking its voice to the table of big and small town libraries!
Rainy River Public Library’s (RRPL) Librarian and Chief Executive Officer, Michael Dawber was recently appointed to the Ontario Public Library Guidelines Monitoring and Accreditation Council (OPLGMAC).
