Riverview kids do well at district cross country meet

It must have been grade four’s year. Three Riverview students in that grade brought home medals from the October 6, 2005 district elementary school cross country meet.
Danika Diebel did the best winning silver with a time of 16:49.
Classmate Jenna Jarvis came in third with a time of 18:49 to win the bronze.
Other finnishers in that class included Cassie Westover-6th, Carmen Drackert-14th, Shelby Tymkin-15th, and Shanah Carpenter-25th.
Best of the local grade four boys was Nolan Short who finished 3rd. Zack Tolen was 4th and Ernie Drennan was 20th.
Victoria Clifford had the best finish for the grade 5 girls coming in 8th. She was followed by Emily Fraser who was 9th and Bailey Kreger who was 41st.
Grade 5 boys were lead by Bryce Godin at 4th, Landen Westover-8th, Spencer Brown-9th, Colton Marchuk-17th and Robert Henderson 27th.
Grade 6 girls were lead by Kathryn Clifford in 5th, Saragh Fraser-9th, Lindsey Westover-18th, Jaylene Anderson-20th, Madison Boisvert-21st, Annagen Wood-27th, Lindsey Bourre-28th, Kaitlyn Bonhomme-34th and Kailee Jodoin-36th.
Grade 7 girls were lead by Brittany Archie-16th, Samantha Westover-18th, Ella-Rose Henderson-21st and Jessie Bourre-23rd.
Grade 8 boys were lead by Luke Clifford-10th and James Westover-12th.
