Council opposes cuts to post office hours

Summer council meetings are usually short and sweet and July's meeting, Monday evening was no exception.
All councillors, the mayor and clerk, with the exception of councillor Ashley Stamler, were present to deal with the light agenda.
•With Railroad Daze taking center stage this weekend, council decided to sponsor a trophy at the Great Beaver Boat races ($30 cost) and extend the Town's insurance coverage to the races.
