Lamoureux and Whetzel win 47th RR Open

Sunday, August 9th saw 28 avid golfers descend on the Oak Harbor Golf Course for the 47th annual Rainy River Open. The weather was perfect, and an air of excitement and optimism was in evidence.
The Open is an 18 hole stroke-play event with men’s and women’s championship flights, as well as two men’s regular flights, and a youth flight.
This year’s attendance was up considerably from the past several years.
