Tina Marie Thompson, 45

It is with great sadness that the family of Tina Thompson announce her passing on Sunday October 30, 2005 at the Rainy River Hospital at the age of 45.
Tina was born on February 27, 1960 to William George and Geraldine Thompson in Rainy River, Ontario. She was raised here, moving to Edmonton, AB as a young woman with her husband Richard Drennan. They came back to Rainy River several years later. She worked for Weather Wear and Oak Grove Tourist Camp for many years. She loved spending time outdoors and sewing. Tina was also a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Major Hughes Br. 54. She was very devoted to her grandchildren.
She leaves behind her husband Richard Drennan; son Roger Drennan of Rainy River; grandchildren Angela and Michael of Baudette, MN; mother Geraldine and husband Terry Byington of Emo; siblings Joanne and husband Bob Crawley of California, Margaret and husband Clarence King of Morson, John Thompson and wife Rita of Kenora and William Thompson and wife Lorraine of Rainy River as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Tina was predeceased by her father William George and nephews Bradley Thompson and Baby King.
Cremation has taken place and a private family service was held.
