Barbara Savage, 34 & Marissa Savage, 4

It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Barbara (Biggs) Savage, age 34 and her daughter Marissa, age 4 of Oxdrift, ON on Sunday, November 20, 2005
Barbara and Marissa are survived by husband (father) Bob Savage; sons (brothers) Zach, Josh; daughters (sisters) Jessica and Nicole; Mom and Dad (Gramma and Grampa) Ted and Michelle Biggs of Kenora; brothers (uncles) Trevor (Cathy), Darryl, and niece Hayley; Nanny (greatgrandmother) Audrey Sherwood (Uncle Mike); Mother and Father-in-law (Ma Mere and Pa Pere) Guy and Marie Savage of Dryden; brother-in-law (uncle) Peter (Claudine); nephews (cousins), Phillippe, Maxime, and niece, Dominique.
As a young child, Barbara and her family lived in their home at Wilson Creek. She attended Riverview School and Rainy River High School before moving to Kenora where she graduated from Beaver Brae High School. She followed her dream to become a teacher, graduating from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Education.
Barb and Bob were married in June 2000. Their daughter Marissa Marie Michelle was born on June 18, 2001.
Memorial services were held on Saturday, November 26th in Dryden.
