Chapel works at getting a ramp

Report from our monthly meeting held on September 24th.

12 members and 3 guests were present at the meeting. 2 Birthday cards and 1 Get Well card were signed. The minutes and the financial report were read and approved.

A decision was made on what material to use to make the ramp.

A thank you to Tyler Brown for cutting the grass this summer. We received a letter from the RR Rec Centre about public skating. We decided to make a donation for 2 hours.

There will be a Hymn Sing on October 1st., and a Christmas supper is planned for Saturday December 2nd. Bob Locking will take care of the Food Vendor papers that need to be filled out for this event.

We need some black dirt to fill in some of the graves. Bob will take care of this. Ann Vanleeuwen had a reading to conclude the meeting. Our next meeting will be October 29th.
