Christmas supper this Sat. at McInnes Creek

The McInnes Creek Chapel held their monthly meeting on November 19th.
Four cards were signed by the 15 members present.
Carol read the minutes and Vivian gave the financial report.
We had a letter from the Salvation Army about the Christmas campaign. It was decided to send them a cheque for $50, with the request to use the money in this area, as we do every year.
Then we discussed supplies and tasks for the Christmas supper on Saturday December 2nd. We will all come together on Friday morning to decorate the chapel and other preparations.
Supper on Saturday will be from 4:30 p.m. till 6:30 p.m., and there will be a Hymn Sing at 7 p.m. Supplies will be picked up by Vivian and Carol, and each of us has something to prepare or cook. Rochell and Hugh Jensson will perform at the Hymn Sing and so will Pastor Harald from the Lutheran Church in Baudette. Pastor Harald and his children will sing and play the violin.
We will not have a meeting in December, so our next meeting will be January 28th.
