From coach Mike Mosher

The girls were able to put together a much needed win, even though they were down 1-3 after in the second period but were tied after two. Our girls started the game well, and were very offensive minded and were out shooting their opponent handily. They were so offensive-minded that they forgot to play defense, hence the 1-3 score after one. The girls settled down and played a great second period, tying the game, and came into the third period still working hard and were able to put the game away with Courtney Bitter’s go ahead goal, and Brenley Anderson’s subsequent hat trick.
LoW/RR vs TRF
JV lost 3-1, with Morgan McNally scoring the lone goal. Jessie Buegler did a good job in net stopping 21 shots.
V lost 5-2. The girls played an energetic game, and worked hard throughout all three periods. We just couldn’t capitalize on our scoring opportunities, especially on the power play. We travel to I Falls next Tuesday, 12/5.
