RRHS holds co-op supervisor appreciation day

News Release
RRHS

The Rainy River High School Co-op students hosted a Supervisor Appreciation Day on Tuesday, January 16th. Nearly 35 supervisors, Co-op students and guests participated in the luncheon. The Co-op students assembled Display Boards outlining areas of learned skills and personal interests at their job sites. Several other students visiting from our feeder schools were also given the opportunity to view the boards and ask questions about the Co-op program.
Thanks Again!
Georgina Jarvis and Guy Arpin, the current Co-operative Education teachers, would like to extend a huge thank you to all of our Rainy River High School Co-op employers and supervisors.
The Co-op program could not survive without the continued support of our local businesses and community groups. We understand that taking on a high school student presents many additional challenges while trying to run a regular place of business. However, the experiences and skills students gain from these placements can only be attainable through learning in the community. The time employers/supervisors have provided is greatly appreciated.
Employers interested in participating in the Co-op program, please contact RRHS at 852-3284.
