How to get rid that skunky smell

Good Morning , Ken,
Last fall after we came in off the lake, our Siberian Husky was sprayed by a Skunk. He got a direct hit,who want’s that in your house so I went on the Internet and found this new recipe for eliminating skunk odor, mixed it up and put on our dog and it really works, as a matter of fact he did it again just a few day’s ago and cornered a skunk under our porch, skunk 1 dog not so good!
So I thought your reader’s might like to have this:
4.c Peroxide
1/4 c. Baking soda
2Tbsp. Dawn dish soap
 
Mix all together and with a cloth rub the mix into the dog’s fur and make sure the mixture doesn’t get in the dog’s eye’s. I have not had to re apply the mixture the next day, you can cut the mixture in half for a smaller area.
This really does work !
