Cats should also be governed by a bylaw

Letter to the editor,
I would like to address a major issue that seems to be on many peoples minds. CATS why is there bylaws for dogs but not cats. Being a non-pet owner, I have a garden that might as well be the community litter box.
I am tired of seeing cats run at large all over town. I thought there was supposed to be some sort of bylaw put into place about how many animals one household could have? Shouldn’t cats not be a part of that bylaw?
Seriously people if your going to have pets keep them in control. I know I’m not the only one that has issues with this problem. I just finally got tired and said something about it. If you have cats step up and take care of them!!! Don’t let them be your neighbors pests. If your not going to fix them keep them in the house.
I think something should be done with this it is becoming a huge problem.
