This plaque turned up in an auction in Winnipeg. Former Rainy River Mayor Clarence Olinyk’s son-in-law Tom Homer sent it to the Record office in hopes that we might know who the Clearwaters are. Unfortunately we do not. Homer was hoping we might find some next of kin that might be interested in it.
