Missing RR but hope to return!

After having been gone from Rainy River for a year and a half, I still yearn for this beautiful little community.
Some of the best years of my life were spent there. There is nothing else in this world to compare to the camaraderie of a small town.
A trip to the local post office or hardware store involved seeing many familiar smiling faces and exchanged words of pleasantries. The tremendous support I received when operating my various enterprises was so much appreciated and created wonderful memories.
Due to circumstances beyond my control, it was necessary to temporarily leave Rainy River. It is my intention to move back to Rainy River at some point in the near future.
As we are getting married on Nov.17th, I will be sharing my life with my husband, Doug and we intend to make our home in Rainy River.
We both are very interested in becoming active participants in the community. Being avid fishermen, we are eagerly anticipating spending time on the waterways. Thank you to the community for making my time there an unequaled experience.
