Stratton student receives honourable mention at national science fair

Two local students travelled to compete in the National Science Fair Competitions in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan last week.
While neither Rachel McBride and Heidi Friesen of Sturgeon Creek Alternative Program (Stratton) placed, McBride did receive a honourable mention for her project on what material would last better as a swimsuit used primarily in chlorinated water.
