Hospital Auxiliary planning St. Patrick's Day Party

Twenty members came to our luncheon meeting held March 3rd, catered by Mom’s Chinese Restaurant. It was truly a lovely meal. Thank you Mai and Lee. We all enjoyed it very much.
Our regular meeting opened with all reading the Auxiliary Prayer, followed with the reading of the minutes and financial report.
In reference to the minutes, Myrna reported 46 people came to our Valentine's party at the hospital. A really great turn out, and all enjoyed the music and songs by Highway 621.
Five members indicated they would be going to the Spring Conference at Fort Frances April 11 & 12. Any members are welcome to go. If interested, let Myrna know 852-3243.
Correspondence include a card from Sophie Arpin, thanking us for the card and gift. Get well soon Sophie, we miss you; a letter from the High School re our bursary. We give a $400.00 bursary, and the committee will take care of this.
New Business; We had a “Planting Day,” March 7, helping the residents plant a flower in the little pots given to them with goodies on Valentine’s Day. Several members were out to help. Also we have a joint party with the Activity Group from the Station and the hospital residents for St. Patricks Day, March 17 at 1:30.
The special committees gave their reports, and our meeting ended with Myrna thanking all for coming. The next meeting is April 7th, and the hospital at 1:30.
