Lest We Forget
In loving memory of our Father and Grampa, Jan (John) Klosowicz, who passed away at Algoma Manor (Thessalon) in his 87th year on Wednesday May 28, 2008.
John was laid to rest at Cloudslee II Cemetery with Reverend Marilyn Billings officiating services on Sunday. He will be sadly missed by his daughters Jean, Margaret and Kristine, grandsons Brandon and Ryan, and by his relatives in Poland. We extend a heartfelt thank-you and appreciation to the Doctors, nurses in the Special Care Unit, and staff at Algoma Manor for looking after our father with great care and attention. We would also like to thank Stella, Carl and Nancy Martin & Family (Stratton, ON), Kevin Kennedy (Pinewood, ON), Mary Tank (Outlook, Sask.), Veteran Affairs, and his friends from the Rainy River District for providing their companionship, assistance and care over the many years while John resided in Pinewood, ON. John was a World War II Veteran, and lived a colourful and enriched life. We were blessed by his kind, generous and jovial spirit and his never-ending love for his daughters and grandsons. We will miss you Tato and Grampa!
