Religious radio station to hold sharathon

Preparations are underway for KBHW’s 2002 Sharathon. The dates set are Tuesday, August 13th through Thursday August 15th.
KBHW would love to have you, the listener, join them on those days as they pre-empt their regular programming from 6 a.m until 10 p.m. They will bring you some local Pastors and special guests from their listening area who will share their heart about what God is doing and the importance of Christian Radio in Northern Minnesota and Northwestern Ontario.
“These are exciting times,” noted KBHW, “we are living in and God is moving in and amongst His people, you do not want to miss hearing all about it. Sharathon provides you an opportunity to be a part of this Ministry.”
Under three headings concerning the Ministry, Prayerfully for the ministry seek God’s Will. Financially for the ministry provide staff for the station and maintain good stewardship and volunteering for various special events that come up throughout the year. You can play an important role for this Family Friendly Ministry.
“Over the past years some organizations have referred to our fundraising events as Friend-Raisers,” noted station manager Bruce Christopherson. I think this is a great way to refer to KBHW’s August Sharathon. Our support family are those who have taken an active financial role in keeping KBHW on the air for nearly 20 years. These friends have stepped beyond words of support for our mission goals or being faithful listeners and into the active friendship of providing the resources we need to fulfill our mission.
