Rainy River Legion Royals clinch league title

Rainy River’s Legion Royals defeated Big Island 18-4 to clinch the Rainy River District Fastball League title last Tuesday evening.
Pitcher Murray Armstrong pitched a great game and also hit a homerun.
Rick Tymkin hit a homerun Rainy River will host a fastball tournament this weekend at the Rainy River Recreation Centre.
Their record is 15-2-1 with 1 game to go last night against Big Grassy.
