The Ladies Auxiliary hold cribbage on Monday’s for everyone’s enjoyment.

On April 25, 26 & 27th Branch #54 is holding a Colour Party School at the Rainy River Recreation Centre. Anyone interested in learning how to carry the Colours is more than welcome to attend. This is for the Legion and the Legion Ladies Auxiliary as well. Usually the schools are held some distance away so this is a great opportunity for anyone in the area to attend this school. Mr. George Lee from Kenora will be the Comrade in charge.
The Zone 72 spring meeting was held in Fort Frances on Saturday, Feb 22nd with 17 voting members present. Dan Gagné is our returning Zone Commander and Glenn Westover is our returning Deputy Commander.
Anyone who has not paid your membership for 2003, your $25.00 was due the end of December. Although the majority of members have paid we still have a few outstanding. Payment of your dues will ensure that you do not miss out on your years as a member of the Legion. At this time we have four members eligible for their 50 year medals.
See you at the Legion.
