First call for Rainy River Trade Show

If last year was any indication, the stage is set for the 5th Annual Rainy River Trade Show to be an even bigger success this year!
Last year after two years of extensive revamping and extensive marketing, the Rainy River and District Chamber of Commerce trade show proved to be top notch! 591 people attended it and 58 booths representing 65 organizations were in it! It was a huge success and organizers are now calling for people to rent floor space on a first come first served basis with expectations that it will be a full house.
A mailer was delivered to some businesses and others were contacted via email. Information is also available at the Chamber of Commerce website rainyriver.ca.
There are two sizes of booths available to rent. Eight feet by twelve is the small one and eight by twenty-four is the other one. Members get a discount on their booth rental rate, hence giving non-members incentive to join and be part of this positive organization.
Electricity will be available to booths at an extra charge.
Tables and chairs are provided free of charge.
In the chamber’s mailer it says, “Whether your business is large or small, participating in this event is an important opportunity to enhance your company’s profile and increase your visibility within and around the district.”
Organizers also hope to have food booths, live entertainment and other exciting things to do and see!
This year’s trade show will be held on April 24, 2010 at the Rainy River Arena. Anyone interested in more information or wanting to rent space can call 807-852-3704 or email donandlou@gmail.com.
