No snakes but plenty of Irish fun this Sunday

It is more than a coincidence that Rainy River and Ireland have two items in common every March- No SNAKES and a St. Patrick’s Day Supper.
This year the Catholic Women’s League will host their annual St Pat’s supper on Sunday, March 21 at 5:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Rainy River.
Roast beef with all the trimmings, homemade desserts and a beverage. If you are a shut-in or know someone who can’t make it out we will make arrangements to home deliver that meal in the Rainy River area. Just call Melanie Murray at 807-852-3308 to arrange.
Advance tickets can be had from any CWL member or at the door. So pull out your best Irish Green duds get a couple of coins from the Leprechaun’s purse, and com’on down. We promise there won’t be a snake in sight!
