Good things do come in small packages
Letter to the Editor
Kudos to the Rainy River High School students cast and crew, staff directors, cooks and volunteers who, together, made possible a laugh and stomach packed dinner theatre experience with your often hilarious presentation of ‘It’s All Greek To Me’ last week. The audience was, to put it mildly, enthusiastic throughout. The Greek cuisine - from souvlaki to baklava, was piquant and plentiful, and the talent on display to a man/woman, superb! All in all, a memorable evening!
To the performers and staff directors (Laura Armistead, Lori Armstrong and Kendal Olsen) who invested so many hours in rehearsal, I can only say that the investment paid huge dividends. Your performance gave added luster to your school’s on going tradition of excellence and emphasized yet again that when it comes to student and staff involvement, talent, effort and spirit, Rainy River High School, in whatever field of endeavor, be it the arts, sports or scholastics, takes a back seat to Absolutely Nobody!
Good things do, indeed, come in small packages!
